Oct 4, 2018 - Well, it is that time of the year again

The days are getting shorter and the temperature is dropping. The geese and the sand hill cranes have started flying South. The trees have taken on their bright gold and red colors. All of these are indications that winter will soon be here for this part of the country. Last year we had to stay until mid November before leaving and the snow and almost 0 degree temps got us. Apr 14, 2018 - "Finally made it"

We are here. It has been 17 days and 1642 miles with a casino stop, a snow delay and a repair wait. This journey has been like none of the other times that we have made the trip between Texas and Montana. We started out with a threat of weather and had to keep a constant eye on it. This winter has been very unusual. Montana has had almost a record snowfall. It could have broke that record while we were held over in Billings. Texas has had floods, hail and tornados.
