May 7, 2009 - Beautiful lazy drive day!
Here are the morning views of the Russell Springs KOA! What a great place to sleep all night... total quiet. Another camper trailer did come in later so we weren't really all alone ! ha Anyway.... this was the tree right outside our door. As I looked at it, the magnificence ... the "engineering" ... really struck me. How do you figure the pull of a tree this size in a wind against the roots that anchor it in place???
