Friday morning we left Monticello/Dyersville and headed for Fairfield, Iowa. On our way up 27 into Iowa, we had noticed signs for the Swedish American museum. You know, when you're travelling by car, you see signs for places you think would be fun to stop at, but you never seem to have the time.
