Sunday morning after the closing of the retreat, Rick and I drove over to Boone, Iowa. We checked into Ledges State Park for $11.00 for two nights. The park is nice and woodsy, reminded us of Stone State Park in Sioux City, although the roads weren't quite so narrow. There are nice shower houses and bathrooms available. We had electric hookup and water available throughout the park. The first spot we picked out was a nice pull through spot, we got all parked, leveled and then discovered the electric wasn't working!
