Oct 8, 2018 - 90 miles today!

I only had to drive 90 miles today so I took a shower before leaving. the water pressure was fine for that, but when I went to wash my hands after getting ready to move, the water pressure was way down to only a little more than a trickle! May 12, 2008 - Versailles, IN

Today was an easy day of driving and I pulled into the State Park in the early afternoon. People were packing up to go - checkout time on Sundays is 5 PM! I am spending a week here visiting my sister, Dolores, and her husband, Allan. I'll also get to see my niece, Angela, and twin great nephews, Draven and Kanan. They are 6 years old and in kindergarten. I am sure they will have lot of stories to tell me. During the week, I took a couple of pictures and I share them with you now.

Oct 13, 2007 - Versailles, IN

Today was a travel day, due East on Route 50 from Carlyle, IL to Versailles SP, IN. The park is conveniently near my sister's house and I will be staying there until 10/27 when I start heading south for the winter. Mom will stay part of the time at my niece's house with my great nephew twins and the two big dogs that also reside there. Lance, Angie's husband will be at his day job weekdays and watching football weekends, so I don't expect to see much of him. Angie lives about an hour away (outside of Lawrenceburg) but either we will travel...
