Oct 1, 2011 - Visiting Aunt Cathy

Today was a lazy day! In addition to visiting, I especially enjoyed soaking in a bathtub-it's definitely now a luxury not available in our motorcoach! I also did laundry in her apartment which, again, is not something we have in our motorcoach. We definitely enjoyed our visit. Thanks Aunt Cathy!

Sep 30, 2011 - Driving into the Chicago area

We learned today the importance of programming Sara, the voice of our Rand McNally RV digital positioning system which has the motorcoach's height and length programmed into the system, before departing any campground! Although Dan had set-up his maps program to our destination on his I-pad and I was navigating using his I-pad, I hesitated about continuing straight on a road that was only about two miles from our campground.
