Today we traveled to Sandpoint Idaho, the home of Lighthouse Dressing, actually they make the bleu cheese there, the rest of the product is manufactured at their other plants. But wait, it gets better, Sandpoint is the home of Clearwater Creek, a great store for women’s clothing. This mail order business, and now store outlet, started in the owner’s bedroom closet, grew to the bedroom, then the garage, then a small warehouse and now is an international company.
