Jul 8, 2008 - North Dakota Bound !
Irma drove the coach to a rest stop in Boardman, OR while Cal had a business meeting in Portland. In the afternoon, we hooked up in Boardman and headed North toward Spokane. We made much better progress than expected, but made the poor choice of stopping for the night at a rest area just inside Idaho that was also a truck scales. Semi trucks were rolling in and out ALL night long ! Almost no sleep, but a valuable lesson learned. Pick your rest stops carefully.Jump to full entry
