Aug 23, 2005 - Day 18 - Craters of the Moon
Day 18 Tuesday, Aug 23 I gotta get a new image. In the parking lot this morning a lady came up to me and said if I had a breakdown or ever needed money that I could call the nearest Church of the Latter Day Saints and I could cut grass or wash dishes in exchange for a night's lodging. She was very nice about it. I left about 6:30 a.m. and the ride was perfect through the desert. It was clear, about 70 degrees already and no traffic. (Also, the speed limit in Nevada is 75 mph so I could make good time.) The trip into Idaho up to Twin Falls...
