Hi Wow! I came 5 out of 22! Serious bragging rights! :-) I cant deny that everything doesn't ache, but that is a given at the Hawaiian Ironman. It is expected and accepted as part of the day. That is why it is described as the hardest individual one day event in the world. Thank you for all your support, enthusiasm, love, a shoulder or two and for some, the hours spent running and riding with me during the long months of training.
