It's amazing that the closer you get to home, the more you wish you were there. We really haven't missed home the whole time we were away seeing new things and experiencing new adventures. But now that it is just time behind the windshield heading south, we are both antsy. Neither of us could be a truck or bus driver. Just driving is a bore. Hi y'all we are in Flovilla Georgia! Never heard of it? Well either did we. Another beautiful State Park. Yesterday we literally flew by Atlanta. Shirley had two doctor appointments so we stopped for lunch at Meltons and groceries at my Publix and then on our way. We did not tell any of our Atlanta and Decatur friends we would be there because if we saw one we would need to see everyone and we did not have time. So we chose this way to spare feelings. Welcome to Indian Springs State Park, Flovilla, GA. Warning for RV's. Use the West entrance. The East entrance has a 10% or more hill to climb and I was really wondering whether I could make the climb to the top or not. The West entrance is easier to climb but also is tight in the turns. Two RV's meeting at a turn could be cause for some concern since we had to cross the yellow center line to clear the stone wall on a couple of them. Boy what fun we had here.
