Our first camping trip of 2011 started out on June 17th and was a weekend for my wife and I to relax and just get away from it all. We decided to camp at Dames Ferry Campground outside of Gray Ga. The first night we were there, we had a bad windstorm and we were a bit anxious about the wind since we were in a spot with tall pine trees all around us. We survived without any damage. The next day we beautiful. I got up early in the morning and went fishing. Didn't catch anything worth keeping, but the time fishing was well spent. Felt relaxed...
