The four of us drove to Dawsonville GA the home of NASCAR driver Bill Elliot (Awesome Bill from Dawsonville). The annual Moonshine festival was being held which is both a craft fair and auto show. Well let me tell you how awesome the auto show part was! The had 500 or more classic restored cars on display all over the grounds which included shut down roads around the event. Oct 27, 2012 - Heeeree's Johnny!

We packed up without incident which gave us confidence that we can still do it and did some more chores in the Stone Mountain area and headed just a bit north. We are actually staying with my great buddy John VanCamp and his wife Elaine. John and I used to work together and became good buddies and he arranged for a place for us to keep our camper where he keeps his for free. We could not have the camper in their neighborhood due to home owner assn. rules so in order to do get to see them we had to store our unit. We had a great time...

Dec 25, 2009 - Atlanta Christmas

My sister had the entire family over to her house for Christmas this year again. Her and Jim have two kids, Hannah (3) and Samuel (1). Me and Minhee had to read a story and tell a story to Hannah before she went to bed each night. It is kind-of hard to remember a story to tell a kid or make up a story on the spot. Lisa and Jim didn't like the first story I told Hannah. I told her the story about how Jim Bridger, the greatest mountain man of all times, was captured by Indians, tortured, and then escaped. Jun 1, 2009 - 1 Day and counting...

We have one day left until we embark on our fun filled trip through Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Of course that means, I have one more day of packing hell... So far, it's not been that bad. I've been packing a little at a time and most of the clothes are sitting in their respective suitcases ready to go. Now we just have to find all the misc things that have to go with us...band aids, tylenol, Purell (Ashley can't live without Purell), snacks, books, cameras, battery chargers of all shapes and sizes, etc. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep...
