I think the ladies in there must have realised we were a bit on the hot and stressed side, as they were soon helping us by looking in the yellow pages for shuttle and Greyhound services to Miami, they were so kind. ... ?! Miami airport lived up to its reputation and after being cross questioned, finger printed, retinal scanned and being sent to the back of the line because I hadn´t put a cross in one of the boxes! I eventually got to another gum chewing, unhelpful guy who after stamping my passport, slung it at me. ... The food bill $13 (reasonable) the drink $25 (very unreasonable) then you had to add 7% Miami tax and then 15% minimum tip (as is the American way). ... It´s just not in the Miami culture (internet cafes). ... Suffice to say the Miami post office no longer sends post by sea it is air mail and this cost me more than the souvenirs and contents did in the first place!
