130219-Tue-0 miles-Today we had Frenne’s car and we looked south, but found nothing. Then we went in town and saw a realtor who says that there are not a lot of rentals. Then we had the RV fixed and it was just a solenoid. It cost us $235, but it is fixed. I put in 1 quart of oil and I need 1 more, so we will get some at Walmart. We went to Walmart and then had a late lunch at McDonald’s as Shirley wanted a frapee. I put the oil in. Then I took a nap and then rode around the park. 120310-Sat-0 miles. Happy Birthday to Shirley.Today we took a long bike ride, ate lunch at The Tropics, packed, and had snacks at the RV, after we went to the pool. This will be the last entry with pictures, as we go to Orlando tomorrow and fly to Panama City on Monday. I intend to update my post daily on my xoom, but will not be able to do pictures until I get back.

Mar 9, 2012 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 15/182

120309-Fri-0 miles. Shirley and Frenee went to a quilt show. Then Jack came over and we took the trike bottom to get a new tube in the right rear tire. Then we went to lunch at the Mansion and got ice cream. Then we got the trike and went to Thrush’s for dinner and to play Oh Hell. It rained and was raining when we came home.

Mar 8, 2012 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 15/181

120308-Thu-We started at 59894 miles and ended at 60020 miles, for a total today of 126 miles. Jack & I went to Kissimmee FL and got the new master cylinder installed. I think the brakes are fixed. I also had them put a new bulb in the driver’s side bake light. We ate dinner at Pistilli’s Italian place, and it was very good and cheap. Shirley did laundry and shopping and got her hair cut. It was a busy day. The right rear tire on my trike is very low, so I will have to check it tomorrow.

Mar 7, 2012 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 15/180

120307-Wed-0 miles. Today Frenee, Shirley & I walked to the pier in Melbourne Beach, while Jack got his hair cut, then we went to the ocean and had hot dogs. The master cylinder came in for the RV. The lady called from Golby Motors in Kissimmee, so tomorrow Jack & I will go there and get the brakes fixed. We went to dinner in downtown Melbourne and then came back to the RV.

Mar 6, 2012 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 15/179

120306-Tue-0 miles. Today we had Frenee’s car and went to Walmart and a bank. We discovered that Honest John’s is closed on Tuesday, when we want to pick up the RV, so went finally found a place in Melbourne to store it while we are in Panama. Then I took a nap and we went over to Frenee & Jack’s for dinner and to play some games.

Mar 5, 2012 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 15/178

120305-Mon-0 miles. Today the shower faucet broke. It turned out that it was just the hose connector and Jack Thrush took me to an RV place and we got a new hose for $8. Then we went to lunch at Wendy’s. Shower fixed. Only 2 plumbing problems as long as I have owned the RV and Jack came to the rescue both times. We went to the pool on the ocean and later when out to dinner with the Thrush’s and had seafood.

120304-Sun- We started at 59738 miles and ended at 59894 miles, for a total today of 156 miles. We went from St. Augustine to Melbourne Beach. The brakes worked OK, but I still need the new master cylinder. We went to Thrush’s for dinner and had lasagna. It was good. This morning [the 5th] the shower faucet broke and we need a new one. The life of RV’ers.

Feb 8, 2011 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 12/103

We did our laundry and sat by the pool and went for a bike ride. Then we just stayed at our campground and when to dinner with Frenee and Jack at Pistilli’s, an Italian resturaunt. Tonight we will have them over for dinner. We did not get home until late and the web site has been down this morning.

Feb 6, 2011 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 12/101

Today we went for a ride and then went to Frenne and Jack’s and saw 3 of their grandchildren (Killian, Devon and the baby, Rosalie) and had a pork dinner and then watched the 1st half of the Super Bowl. Then we came back to the RV and are watching the 2nd half of the Super Bowl. {No Pics]

Feb 5, 2011 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 12/100

Today we went to Vero Beach with Frenee and Jack and went to a garden show in a park and then to McGee Biological Park where they were having a Dr. Suess display. The we went to dinner at Captain Hiram’s in Sebastian Inlet. We then went back to their house and played games and then ate chocolate cake.

Feb 3, 2011 - at Melbourne Beach FL; 12/98

Today we stayed at Melbourne Beach. Today it is only supposed to get to 72. Before lunch we rode down to Publix for some groceries and then came home and had some lunch. Then both of us went for a ride around the park. Later I went for a ride alone so I could take the enclosed pics. It's 75 now - 3pm.
