Oct 31, 2010 - Lion Country Safari

We left Cape Coral,Florida on Sat and drove over to camp at the KOA which is next door to the Lion Country Safari. I mean next door, you can hear the lions roaring during the night and you feel like you are in the jungle with all the animals around you in the darkness of the night. The night is Halloween night and we have witches flying around us and ghost also. Oct 30, 2010 - Lion Country Safari

My computer is still down and I 'm have been on my lap top, which I can not down load any pictures,until I get my home computer back up and running. We have left Cape Coral today to drive over to Palm Beach county and spend a couple of nights at the KOA which is next door to the Lion Country Safari Park. We got in here around 5 p.m. and you could hear the lions roaring,cranes calling and elephants trumpet as you relax in comfort on the edge of an african adenture here in florida. Apr 2, 2007 - Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh my!

OK, there's no tigers or bears, but there are lions. We're in rockin' Loxahatchee, Florida now, home of Lion Country Safari. We pulled in last night in time for dinner - driving out of the Keys took a while, and then Miami traffic was about what you'd expect. We're staying at the Lion Country Safari KOA which is, all in all, a nice campground. They're a little heavy on the rules - rules about everything are posted everywhere. Some even contradict themselves which is kind of funny - "No Children Allowed" on the shuffleboard court, hanging...
