Feb 28, 2010 - Butterfly World - 3rd visit

I'm dog sitting at Gette and Rosemary's house this week while they go on a cruise to Mexico. On the way back to their house in Palm Beach Gardens, I stopped at Butterfly World. I am grateful for the year membership that allows me to go back as much as I want for free! Lots of plants were trimmed back so the gardens were more open than last time I was here. Nov 22, 2009 - Butterfly World

I've been to the Butterfly World in Key West and thought that if I saw one, I saw them all. But this one is the first one in the Western hemisphere and the largest one in the world! With them, it was enjoyable to once again go out on the sunset catamaran sail, as well as the Prickley Pear trip to snorkel and loll on the...

Dec 1, 2007 - Off to Florida

We left family, friends and the gym (it's up there on my list of life's necessities), after a busy Thanksgiving weekend, and made our first stop with our friends Tillie and David in Annapolis, Maryland. We offered our services to the Middle East summit attendees, but had no takers. Guess our talents were superfluous to this notable group of peacemakers. Well maybe I shouldn't include our president. As always it was fun to be with Tillie and David and to walk in the woods along the bog and think of Jeff getting stuck in the mud. No Jeff, you...
