In April 2007 Judy and I travel to Florida we were going to spend 14 days at two different Timeshares in Orlando. Doing some research on the internet we found a promising area 90 miles north east of Orlando for a possible retirement location. Citrus Springs has a reasonable cost of living and a very low crime rate. Found this house on two lots, and we put in bids on two additional lots. Our bids for the house and lots were accepted and we now owned our Retirement home.
