Jul 4, 2012 - Happy 4th of July

It was nice celebrating the 4th with Lisa's family. It was a hot day, but the pool was refreshing. We missed seeing Lisa's brother and nephew, work stinks sometimes. We shared our travel plans and everyone checked out the camper. The general consensus was that we'll be comfortable for the next 7 weeks. As evening approached we said our good-byes! It was a hot night in the camper, thank goodness we threw in a fan last minute.

Heading West

Sep 16, 2007 - Southford Falls State Park

Sara and I loaded up all 5 wee wonders and hit the trail for a picnic at Southford Falls State Park in Southbury/Oxford. Talk about a picture perfect day to be out and around. At the turn of the century, this was the site of the Diamond Match Company. Scenic waterfalls are at the southeast end of the Park on the Eight Mile River. All the sunshine, walking, barking, and riding finally wore these guys out.
