I hope you enjoy the pictures of the Bishop Castle. I had to divide into 2 sections as we are limited on how much can be uploaded at one time. For some reason a few pictures were rotated, at the server, and I corrected here. Once the pictures our on the server, I connect with the same server to correct them. Since I will be losing my internet connection tomorrow I did my best to correct and give you the full video. Some worked and some didn't. The trip to Bishops Castle was a joy in itself. Oct 14, 2012 - Bishops Castle Segment 2

I took over 100 pictures of this piece of art. I talked with Jim for a few minutes, and he told us he was 68. I can tell you he is in great shape. Opinionated and strong in his beliefs of what America should be. Even if you don't agree with his political views, you will have to admit, this Castle is a great piece of construction. The website for the journal is in Canada, and they did maintenance this weekend. Not sure what happened but many of the pictures were rotated 90 degrees. I corrected them, but lost some of the width. Nov 8, 2011 - Bishop Castle

We got up to about one inch of snow this morning. We were hoping for more. We managed to make a tiny snowman at least. It lasted about 30 minutes on our way to do some shopping at Walmart in Canon City. After the shopping Betty got her hair trimmed and I got a much needed haircut. The lady doing our hair was a long time local. She told us about a cool castle nearby that was a must see. The castle was about a 40 mile drive through beautiful mountains covered with snow.
