Oct 28, 2013 - Another trip to Glen Haven. CO

Glen Haven: Trip 2 10-28-13 Today was a work day in Glen Haven. We have lots to do and there is a lot of hard driving involved so Bill, Julie, and I were on the road by 8AM. Kerry had to work and Charlie had to sleep so they stayed behind today. The road (there is only one at the moment) to Estes Park and Glen Haven is slow because of the construction delays and road damage. We were wined and dined all weekend. We tried to...

We had originally planned to go to the Renaissance Festival while we were in Colorado Springs area but opening weekend it rained and was cold so we waited. The drive from Loveland took us about 2 hours to get through Denver but we had a nice sunny day and a good time. We did feel our age after hiking up and down the hills however.
