Neasham Financial Failing to understand the buyer's objectives and if the business meets their needs.
Assuming you know what the buyer wants is totally different to clearly understanding what the buyer wants to know from you and whether or not this is the right business for them to buy. If you can meet the criteria the buyer gives you...you are on your way even though the criteria may not ultimately be what the buyer says to you.

Oct 27, 2010 - Clear Lake, California
What a wonderful evening we had here at Clear Lake, Soda Bay!! We happened upon an Italian eatery called Zino's for wine and oysters. Beside the kindness of our waitress, Katie, the view from the window of our table overlooked the lake and the ambiance was perfect! While enjoying it all we had the fortune of listening to live music by Kevin Village Stone. He was playing a wooden flute instrument which he made to produce soothing, beautiful Native American music. It was the perfect touch to the evening. He has a website,...

Glenn Neasham Neasham Insurance Financial Let's take a look at the franchised sandwich shops. They are big sellers and there is no shortage of them - and it seems more companies are franchising some type of franchised sandwich operation. Below is some basic information on eight of the more popular franchised sandwich businesses. Any others would more than likely fall into the same basic data.

Glenn Neasham Glenn Neasham Financial - Alternately an individual could sell their shares to an external third party. There is some risk in this as the wrong person coming in could cause difficulties with the remaining shareholders. The flip side however, is that if the right person comes on board then they can add an injection of new ideas and fresh life into the business propelling it forwards.

Well....today I tried to paddleboard....was able to sit on it, but not stand up like you are supposed to. Kids were great in helping me to get up on it, especially after I fell off trying to stand. Maneuvers very well, lots of distance for the amount of paddling effort. Maybe someday. We all paddled out to the natural hot (really only warm) springs. Kinda cool how it's just an outcropping in the water - with steps cut in, but they warn the hell out of you with "death" threats of low oxygen levels. Even Cathy's dog, Miles, got in on the...

Sep 5, 2010 - Sunday, Day 19
I woke up early - dressed for a walk - and "snuck" out of the RV so as not to wake anyone. There was no one else up in the entire park, so I built a fire, and sat outside to read. It was so peaceful listening to the birds and waiting for this mini-village to come alive. Our "house" woke up slowly - finally exiting around 9 am and gathering with tea and coffee around the fire. Cathy took the larger of the paddleboards and headed down to the lake to try it. Guess there's different sizes for different type of bodies of water (ocean, bay,...

Today started out great.........Cathy & Jon went paddle-boarding while Rick & I did ocean "pontoon" kayaking. He and I paddled out to an island that has natural hot springs. Big warning sign....not to get in the hot springs due to low oxygen levels(or high sulfur levels). Very Relaxing. Think I might have found the right kayak now Diane. Came back and cooked breakfast burritos outdoors. Then headed out for some local wine tastings! Steele Winery had a wine called Black Bubbles...a sparkling Syrah. Bringing some back for our wine-oh friends...

Sep 3, 2010 - Friday, Day 17
Arrived at Edgewater Park on Clear Lake yesterday. First thing this morning, the kids went paddleboarding on the lake. Like a surfboard, but you stand and use a paddle. The rest of the day we just chilled. Ate a picnic lunch by the pool; played cards (I lost). Went to "happy hour" on a paddle-wheeler boat called the Watercolor Lounge. Great calimari combined with rock shrimp. Spent a few hours there. We'll probably go back after dinner to listen to the band - "The Felt Tips"! Play mostly 60's-70's. Grilled out- pork chops - then headed back...

Cathy had a morning meeting today for work followed by a doctor appointment. Rick & I rode to Novato to work with Jon to the park where our RV has been "staying" while we've played in San Fran. Rick & I took off around noon and headed north on 101 to Ukiah (where we were on Sunday at Nelson's Vineyard). We had time to get groceries and set up the RV - even get in some wine drinking and card playing before Jon & Cathy arrived around 9 pm. After Cathy's appointments, she headed 73 miles south to Santa Cruz to pick up 2 paddleboards - to me...
