Flight from Toronto to LA was interesting - a full plane - was seated beside a very nice lady and her daughter who were on their way home from S. Africa. She was a vet who had been in S.A. with an Earthwatch research project on lions there. Interesting comments on S. Africa and its troubled state. She had been to many places with Earthwatch, and advised me to check it out for my 'next' trip.
