We slept in a bit since we only had to drive a mere 100 miles or so today - it was a nice treat! The big event today was going to Manzanar, the Japanese War Relocation Center (i.e., internment camp) from WWII - it's a National Historic Site. Since we both enjoy history, we spent a lot of time in the Interpretation Center which just opened last year. It was nicely put together and very eye-opening.
