We crossed the Mississippi River today so are now, I suppose, officially headed “west". After stopping in El Dorado to do laundry (sorry but I’m not real impressed with this town – also known as the “Oil Capital of Arkansas”) we drove over to Moro Bay State Park. Although there are only 20 campsites, Moro Bay State Park is a lovely facility and someplace we would definitely visit again. This state park has some very nice camping trails, a convenient grocery store/gift shop, and clean restroom/shower facilities. We also enjoyed learning...
