We skirted Las Vegas and headed south on US95 again, passing through Searchlight, NV (love the name). We came down out of the mountains into Laughlin, NV where we crossed the Colorado River into Arizona. In the first photo you can see how high we were above Laughlin. At Kingman, AZ, Andy Devine's hometown, we headed south on US93 toward Phoenix. We camped overnight at Burro Creek Campground, a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) campground. We had no water, electric or sewer hookups, but had a covered picnic area with table and grill. The views...
