Today we travelled to Lake Powell, a massive 185 mile long man-made lake which has flooded Glen Canyon as the result of the damming of the great Colorado River. On the way we drove along the scenic East rim of the Grand Canyon to visit a desert view lookout. Then we visited Navajo and Hopi Indian trading posts selling Hopi and Kachina dolls and Native American jewellery.
