on a beautiful day, sadly we close the phoenix renfair, from this day on it will get too hot, 100s and above daily... we've met meny new friends, many more email addresses I can send my photos to, oh boy! we also met several from maryland and several who worked the MDRF... this is a ditto for the new dance bars we've found with friends and emails also... hope you have enjoyed both. we are now looking forward for the escondido renfire at the end of april... and our regular spring trip... anyway, enjoy our todays renfaire photos...

Mar 26, 2013 - Albuquerque, NM

Finally got jacks & system replaced and working Tuesday 3/19/13. We left Apache Junction at about 3PM, and were sad to leave the area, people and warmth. We stayed at truck stop overnight and got to Albuquerque, NM on Thursday. We stayed in a campground in a suburb - Rio Rancho - with a great view of the mountains. Connected with a friend fron Erie, Dianna A, and meet new friends.It was great to see her and her growth. Visited Santa Fe and Albuquerque - very artsy & crafts. A feeling of openness & friendliness. We left Sunday about noon...

our two days at the phoenix renfaire, enjoy... the photos speak for themselves some of my videos may be out of sync, sorry... how can i not have a good time "anywhere" i go with my beautiful wife, especially at a dress affaire like the renascence... she can take a pile of dirty cloths and make a fashion designer outfit out of it... she does her own clothes (and mine too) and creates stuff most wouldn't even come close. note the little black hat bought in new orleans for $10. added some lining at $4. black vail and gold... put it together...

Mar 20, 2013 - We're Home in Gold Canyon

Marilyn & I were up early this morning. Our plan was to drive home to Gold Canyon, and we wanted an early start for the 7 hour drive. We checked out of our Motel (Which I intend to write about tomorrow) at 7:00 this morning, chatted with several of the very nice employees for a few minutes, and then left in the dark, without taking time for coffee. Marilyn complained of a headache and we planned to stop just 17 miles down the highway, at Kanab, Utah, for coffee and maybe some breakfast. It is hard to believe but we didn’t see even one...

Mar 17, 2013 - Apache Junction

We arrived at Apache Junction 2/27/13 and stayed at Lost Dutchman State Park for ten days. We stayed at the foot of the Superstition Mt - really great campsite in the wilderness with a breathtaking view of the mts. Only drawback no electric, so had to use generator. We had another problem with our leveling jacks in El Paso (4th out of four jacks) so jack manufacturer agreed to replace the system. Many trials and mix ups has taken three weeks, and hopefully will be completed 3/19/13. Because of the jacks, we have stayed in Apache junction...

Mar 17, 2013 - Apache Junction, Arizona

3/17 – 3/21 It was a nice, easy 78-mile drive from Casa Grande to Apache Junction, Arizona (SR387, SR87, SR89, US60, SR88) where we joined nine other RV’s at Lost Dutchman State Park. This was a get-together of the Boomers, a sub-group of the Escapees RV Club. Lost Dutchman State Park is located in the shadow of Superstition Mountain and is a beautiful place to live for a week. Mar 5, 2013 - On the move

Clean clothes clean tanks more food eaten and good bye to new friends. Last dip in the pool and hot tub in preparation for departure to Nevada tomorrow. Looking forward to Vegas race as friends from Tennessee are joining us for the weekend. Have to load bike into trailer and we are ready for departure. Feb 23, 2013 - Normalcy has returned

As you can see from the pictures life as we wish it has returned. The sun is warm winds are fair and life is as we wish it. However Randi wants me to point out her diet plan has yet to kick in and Dr OZ said screw the biotics whatever that means. Several people have asked for recent pictures so here you go. Friends across the way traded a 25ft 5th wheel for a 38ft today was fun watching him maneuver that into his spot. Horrible crash at the Nationwide race today 30 people hurt in the stands as a young fella tried to pass using the catch...
