In Jackson, Alabama, we stopped at a market for a butt-break, when before my eyes, a 1/4 mile up the road, I spy the colors of Best Western, home-to-be for this night. Another local restaurant, with no particular story except a waitress who seemed very sweet & hard-working at two jobs. I always express my appreciation for meal service, but there are a few things that will tug at my heartstrings for an additional appreciation. Amongst those, great service, engaging personality, & a sense that the person might be trying hard to make ends...
