May 3, 2012 - Andalusia, AL

Hi All, Making a stop in Andalusia, AL for a few days. Spending time with a couple of Ex-co workers of mine. They both work in the WVCO Railroad Division as I did and work here out of AL. Eric found us a nice little campground/RV Park here on a lake and a lot of shaded trees. We met Lee Nall's wife Ashley and their little guy Lane and also Eric's son Dillon. Eric brought all his cooking stuff here to the campground and made us some great southern cooking last night. Check out the size of the cat fish. Eric took us on a cruse around the lake...

We have really enjoyed the campground over the last year. We have no satelite service but receive 3 or...

Dec 14, 1994 - We started counties in Alabama! Nice!

*We've used a few shortcuts in our notes... to help you out with reading them, the CH is courthouse, the POI is Point of Interest, the S is seal and the P (rarely used) is for the taking the photo of the CH. Hope this helps! December 14, 1994 Open Pond Campground, Alabama Odometer: 69950 8:35 a.m. We woke up at 7:00 - 6:00 CST & turned the oven on for heat - later heard that it was 39 degrees out (in Dothan). Ted used a paper plate as a funnel & put some water in our tank - as we think we’re empty. Jane worked on yesterday’s notes. We left...
