Well our month housesit in Wales has already gone. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The little pub next door was regularly frequented and the locals very friendly. Our cat was a true Cats cat and would bring in mice or birds almost every night. We had lots of maps on walking trails in the area so spent many days out enjoying this very pictureque area. Aug 8, 2007 - Chepstow and the Castle
After dropping mummy at work we set off across the big bridge and then through the town gate to the car park and the start of the exploration. Having charged the gate, pausing briefly to pay, Sam continued that fine tradition of rushing all over the place, climbing stairs and peeking into dark corners. Of special mention were the steep spiral stair case to the wall above tha gate, the wine cellar, the toilet that was literally above the river Wye, and the balcony with the spectacular views.
