Aug 3, 2014 - Hi everyone

I am in Trutnov in the Czech Republic fellowshipping with the saints here. There is around 20 or so adults And plenty of kids. I am staying with Jana O'Briens parents Pr Olda and his wife Eva. They are so nice. The saints are great and we are doing really well even with the language problems. I gave the communion talk And one of the sisters sat next to me and translated because the headphone system had gremlins. She did a fabulous job and we had a great time and everyone loved it. Jara Tiffany and their little daughter, Shelly Treml (nee...

Jul 24, 2014 - Just a reminder and update

Hi everyone. Just a reminder that early Saturday morning I fly with Anthony and Rachael to Frankfurt Germany then to Wasserkuppe for the 2014 European Summer Camp. No wireless internet, plus I will be too busy, and then to Czech for 5 days so there won't be any updates for a bit. when I return to Ireland I will do an update before going to UK summer camp in Bath England. should I get unexpected internet access I will of course update. Till then keep well, rejoicing and seeking the Lord. God Bless Grant

Jul 24, 2014 - A slower beat and a restful time

Hi Everyone All is good. This is a slower restful time in my trip. I am relaxing in Ireland with Tom Jana the kids and the other saints. This is one of the main reasons I came on this trip to chill out with them and it has been wonderful. Not a lot of photos to show but have added a couple. Spent a lovely day on the beach with Jana and the kids for my birthday and then we had a house meeting here at their place. The night before we had an outreach and we had a lot of people who gladly took our invitation so we are praying that lots of them...

Jul 21, 2014 - Another very relaxing day

Hi, I am certainly getting a bit of sleep these last few days, getting up late and doing nearly nothing, which is so nice after coughing non stop for nearly 3 weeks. As they say 'normal services have been restored'. After lunch I went to Lucan village, about 1/2 hour stroll from Tom and Jana's house and wandered around and took a few snaps which I have posted with this. Jana and the kids came home tonight and it is lovely to see Jana again and finally meet this three wonderful munchkins. After tea it has been all go go go for Jana and Tom...

Jul 20, 2014 - Sunday in Dublin Ireland

Hi Everyone Jana and the children are still with her parents in the Czech Republic and get back on Monday afternoon. Tom and I have managed very well under such stressful circumstances ... the Lord is with us. At the outreach on Saturday I spoke to a man at length and he said he would come to the meeting today. Sure to his word Jim came and brought his mate Brian. They both had loads of questions, I gave my testimony and the talk and they were greatly challenged by the things that they heard. After the meeting Tom and I spoke to them for so...

Jul 19, 2014 - A nice relaxing day

Hi all, I have been sleep deprived through coughing for nearly 3 weeks but praise the Lord, I had 4 hours yesterday afternoon and then slept for 9 hours last night. How nice is that. Jamie, Tom and myself had lunch then went for a walk on the beach at Kilarney and Dalkey. it was very still and pleasant and the fog rolled in, amazing, not all that good for photos but got a few. Notice Tom and Jamie playing 'lets sink the fishing boat' unsuccessfully thankfully. Look how much the guy is enjoying swimming. We had great fellowship then we had...

Jul 18, 2014 - I am in Ireland

Hi Everyone, This morning I flew to Ireland, after a hiccup. I misread the gate number, but nevertheless RYANAIR processed me through 2 check points onto a plane to IBEZA off the coast of Spain. Praise the Lord it all came good in the end and I made my way to Dublin to be met by Tommy. He was at work so he took me home and I had a four hour sleep which I needed. Then he took me to Howth because I wanted to photograph the Bailey Lighthouse. We got out of the car and the fog was as thick as (see the photos) but I kept telling Tom how the Lord...

Jul 17, 2014 - Castle

Hi All Today Derek took me to North Wales to Conwy and Conwy Castle. This is one of the most staggering man made sites I have ever seen. The area is really too vast to photograph. I would need to live there for 6 months to even begin to capture what this place has. The Castle stands overpoweringly at one end and the wall runs around the villages for a length of maybe 2km. Then there is the little harbour and all the boats and the buildings on the other side of the bay and the and the and the. The castle is simply amazing. when I climbed to...

Jul 16, 2014 - What a Luuuuvly Day (Liverpoooool accent required)

Hi There. Spent the morning having a great chat with Pr Lee about all sorts from the scriptures, then I went to visit Margret and Willie Dunwoody. They are a great couple. Margaret has been spiritfilled for years and when they got married, Willie was well into his 60's and Margaret was his first girlfriend. I caught the train to go to their house, and had a great time and was able to fix her computer issues and set her up to access all she wants via the web. What a cool couple. They took me to the meeting where I gave the word and had great...

Jul 15, 2014 - Walkabout

Hi, Got up at 11am today but before you all get on my back I didn't get to sleep till after 7.30am, so I only got about 3 hours. Had a nourishing breakfast and then Derek from the fellowship here phoned and we went for a walkabout. We visited some old churches and graves plus a bit of English countryside and had a nice lunch. The age of the graves here is amazing. The only good thing about these churches is that they make great photographs. Oh how I thought of the scriptures as I took photographs .......... Ac 7:48 Howbeit the most High...

Hi There, Today I met a brother, Derek, at the train station and we went to the city. there we met two other brothers, Bob and Ronnie. Jul 12, 2014 - Everything I hoped it would be.

Hi Everyone ... you will need to 2 Corinthins 11:1 with me. Today was just an amazing day. I have waited over 50 years and it was all and more than I could have imagined. I have been to VFL grand finals AFL matches, Very large concerts, even the Clipsal 500 and the F1 Grand Prix in Adelaide and they all pale against this. Speedway GP in Cardiff is off the planet. The city is busting out with colour, noise, and people everywhere, and absolutely no trouble. Speedway crowds support different nations and a host of different clubs and riders ......
