We chose to spend our last evening at Loch Lomond, which is only about 30 minutes from the Glasgow airport. This is a beautiful area of lakes and mountains. We planned to take a romantic sunset cruise on Loch Lomond to finish of our Scotland trip. However, the weather did not cooperate and it was raining and blowing too hard for the boats to go out.
