Nov 12, 2012 - The end, self critical question?

Made these last few entries on the train from Euston, only a few years ago but a dream to have internet access like this. i have just worked out that it will be exactly 4 hours from Zurich Airport to my house, thats not bad at all i dont think!!!! Home to warm up the house, get some milk and have a decent cup of tea!!!! Update. So having got home and read all my entries on this journal, I think perhaps this is not the best one I have ever written, a long time between journals has made me think as I read this one that I I have not written...

Nov 7, 2012 - Day 1 The trip begins

A relaxing start to the day, as always I am up before sunrise, but today feels different, I am not waking up thinking about what work I have to do today. The last 12 months at work has been very hard, and it's taken it's toll on me and my health, hopefully this trip will restore my well being and clear my mind. Watching breakfast news, it's starts with Barack Obama winning the US presidential election for a second term, this is followed by the local news, and they are reporting train delays into an out of Euston, just the way I am heading!...

Nov 5, 2010 - Holiday Now

The last three months have been a very difficult period for me, both emotionally, as well as the added pressures at work, all have taken their toll. I feel both mentally and physically exhausted, the last four weeks or delivering the training has really felt like the speedometer needle has been off the dial, and days I have gone home and felt like a damp piece of blotting paper. Jun 24, 2007 - The End

Coming home has been nice. I have had a great holiday, although I have had my fill of the american accent for a while. It will be nice to eat properly, sleep normal hours, and watch and listen to normal TV. You can read a lot into that. Thank You for letting me indulge myself in this journal, hope you have enjoyed reading it, Its been a challange for me to write it at times, but glad I have. Creation of the site begun tonight, it's a little sparse right now, but over the next week I will put up a better picture, and in case you were wondering that's Dad and me on the London eye. The Itinerary is also included, but that will change too as I add more detail. I won't send too many update messages this year, no honest I wont!
