May 24, 2012 - Final day in the Tees Valley
Today we headed out North West from the campground. Our first stop was a quick walk along the shores of the Grassholme reservoir just to get some energy out of Miss Daisy. It was a very hot day so taking it easy was just the ticket. We then made our way to High Force. So what is High Force? - a spectacular waterfall that is 71ft high which is big for England and is small compared to North American standards!. Just walking through the wooded glade in the cool shade of the trees to the waterfall was worth the effort. High Force was formed...
