Next stop Peterborough in Cambridgeshire (http://www.visitpeterborough.com/). Nothing much to report here - standard large English town, nothing special or charming about it. Except for the hotel we are staying in - The Bull Hotel (http://www.peelhotels.co.uk/hotels/bull-hotel-peterborough-cambridgeshire-england/). This is a heritage listed hotel which has been restored to reflect the charm of yesteryear. Nov 19, 2008 - Count down begins......

Thought this would be a great way of staying in touch with everyone whilst were away and also a marvolous means of posting exciting little tales and photos of all the places we vists just to make you all jealous! Not long to go until im writing from somewhere more exciting than Peterborough.......x

Oct 27, 2008 - Onto see my old mate John

I first met John when I was 10. Its the type of freindship where we just pick up where we left off. Its as though we saw each other yesterday - a true friendship. A nice Chinese and visit a couple of hs children, all grown up and with kids. It's sad to say goodbye and I hope he will come over to Vancouver next year for a visit:)
