Not a bad sleep, although the yurt creaks a lot in the night - must be a combination of the bamboo frame and wind blowing the canvas. We were woken at 6:30 and were a bit startled when the man opened an un-noticed door, velcro sealed, in the little corridor between main and bathroom yurt, and left us biscuits and drinks on a table there, then filled up our hot and cold water. Jun 13, 2009 - Leaving Serengeti, arriving at Loliondo

Well - last night I had the little camera all ready to record the noise, and there wasn't any! All the animals have moved on. We had a lie in until 6:30 (almost lunchtime) when the man woke us up with our little tray of coffee, juice and biscuits (ginger flavoured and heart shaped today) then someone else came in the back door to do the water. It was Dave's birthday, so we gave him his Mr. Potato Head card at breakfast which was in camp since we're leaving today. We set off just after 8am.
