May 21, 2012 - And into Tanzania

Not far before we get to the Tanzanian border – crossing is very quick and we continue on our drive. The scenery stunning – deep valleys, extremely fertile soil. Mar 12, 2008 - Into Tanzania we go...

Got up at 5am today to see the sunrise as Chrissy said it was amazing yesterday. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite as stunning today but still pretty. Been an uneventful day really with a 12-hour journey including the border crossing into Tanzania. Got to the campsite to find dinner was in the restaurant tonight which was a converted mud house ruin and lovely. All the food is home grown produce where possible so was very tasty. It was another early night as yet another early start tomorrow.
