This weekend I took a trip with my second host family to southern Taiwan, to a place called Pingtung and it was amazing! First the food is completely different in southern Taiwan then it is in northern Taiwan. It consists of more flavorful sauces and is more closely related to Thai food then northern Taiwan's food is.
