Hey all, . Had a great time in beautiful Switzerland. My mate Stefan picked me up from Zurich Airport and drove me to the ski village of Flims, about 2.5 hours in the south east of Switzerland. Flims is located in alongside a group of ski villages, with the region generally being referred to as Laax which incorporates the ski villages of Flims, Laax and Falera. . Amazing Berlin!!!! . I was really surpised how fun Berlin was. A very lively city with two distinct areas - the former West Vs the former East. Most people think Berlin was named after a bear - the Berlin Bear - however it means "swamp" or "swampy area" due to the city having been built on what was predominiately low-lying swamp lands. . Hey all, . Finally some more pics. Here are some more pics from beautiful Roma. . Even though a volcano took me there, I had a great time. It would have been better if I could relax a little more, rather than having to remain on stand-by and be ready to pack-up my things and make a mad dash to the airport should the flights resume. The thought of losing money on pre-paid flights and accommodation in France did not help. . The weather in Rome was fantastic.
