We were late up so had a quiet morning but in the afternoon decided to take the coastal path from the campground. The path took us along the back of the beach and then climbed into the hills behind the beach. There were great views along the coast and the surrounding countryside.

Jan 9, 2016 - Move into Spain

We headed south once again into the Cataluña province of Spain. However at this time of year this province has limited campgrounds open unlike the rest of Spain. This meant we had to travel just under 200 miles to a campground south of Barcelona. We journey to the campground through the small town of L'Hospitalet de l'Infant was not a problem. However when we got to the campground we questioned for a start whether we could get through the entrance gate as it was quite narrow and then getting to the pitches due to low hanging trees. Nov 19, 2013 - Heading south for winter

Hi Everyone The sun beckoned so after only a week travelling through France we crossed the border into Spain hoping to find sun, sea and sangria. We actually found something even better – our friends Ian and Paula, who we met on our last European trip. But let’s return to France for a while.
