A morning drive through the vineyards of Bordeaux and skirt Les Landes, before a stop in the exclusive resort of Biarritz. We continue through the foothills of the Pyrenees and cross into the Basque country of Northern Spain. On via San Sebastian, we follow in the footsteps of El Cid en route to Burgos, to visit the famous gothic Cathedral. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)

Jul 29, 2004 - Burgos

Got to Burgos around noon and spent the whole day hoofing it from place to place. Burgos is another place where I spent a couple months about 10 years ago. So we went around retracing various routes. House to School, School to Bar, Bar to Bar, Bar to Disco, Disco to Cafe, Etc. It is really strange returning to a place that you kind of remember and kind of don´t.
