In provincial Cuenca it’s their La Mancha landscape which in the south resembles nothing so much as the western plains of NSW with planted dry crops and merino sheep, or maybe it’s a spaghetti western we’ve been experiencing. ... Our house is in the old centre just around the corner on the cliff from the “emblematic” (LP) three remaining hanging houses of Cuenca, and our lovely hostess has it in stunning condition. ...
