I was very fortunate here to make a new friend who introduced me to her friends and in the four days at Seville I went out see a fantastic belly dancing show and got invited to two partys! Seville has a lot of foreign students who go there to study Spanish and Dance and this was very much in evidence when I went to see England v France. ... OK, Seville was not all partys and drinking, no sir. ... Seville also has some beautiful parks and gardens especilly those built for the 1929 exposition. ...

I wrote this in my e-mail Journal: Granada was in full party mode when I arrived as they were celebrating Corpus Christie. ... Of course this needed to be sampled although I can't stay up partying all night like the Spanish, and their children! Granada also has the beautiful Alhambra which sits on a hill just outside the town centre. ... Granada is famous for many things but it is also infamous for the death of playright Federico García Lorca at the hands of Nationalists at the outset of the Spanish Civil war. ...
