We had a good sail up the coast and were about to anchor outside the Marina del Este when a customs boat came up to us and signalled that they wanted to board. They were very friendly but it took over an hour for them to fill in the various forms, check the fuel receipts, etc. In fact, we think that the one doing the work was a trainee and it was a training exercise! Finally managed to anchor in a quiet bay.
