Oct 4, 2004 - Verhynsdorp

Not too much to report - we left Cape Town early this morning on the first of a two day drive to Namibia. We parked up around 4pm to "set up camp" - for those of you who know Jonathan and I this was quite an experience.... we even had to set up our own tents which we did with no problems! The stars were magnificent and the scenary beautiful as we drove up the west coast....after our campfire dinner we retired at 8pm for a good night's sleep (and our first ever in a tent!!) More from Namibia in a few days. A&J
