xxxx NEWS NEWS NEWS xxxx Es hat mal wieder lange gedauert bis ich es fertig bringe einen neuen Blog Eintrag zu schreiben. Heute ist der 12. August und ich bin fast 2 Wochen im Rueckstand was das bloggen anbelangt... Naja jedenfalls sitze ich jetzt gerade in dem MicroLabs der Uni und gelobe Besserung fuer die Zukunft. Die Bilder habe ich bereits hochgeladen und hoffe ich kann euch etwas neidisch machen was den Vergleich Winter Suedafrika und Sommer Deutschland anbelangt! Sodwana - Wednesday 2nd Jan Sodwana is the big name on the lips of divers around Sth Africa. Humpback whales pass Sodwana en route to their northern breeding gounds and turtles return every year to follow an ancient nesting ritual. Marlin, whale sharks, sailfish and manta rays are found in the warm Mozambican current and the underwater world has spectacular coral formations. It was the promise of all this and my desire to get back in the water that drew me away from my friends at Khotso. I imagined diving with my cold would be a bit tough,...

Oct 13, 2007 - South Africa - Sodwana Bay

Unfortunately our short time in Swaziland had come to an end but we will be back again one day. We made our way to Sicunusa and crossed back into South Africa at the Houtkop border. Setting off through more gorgeous countryside to Piet Retief. The farming town is the largest in southern Mpumalanga and is known for its Anglo-Boer War Battlefields. To us the town was a bit of a dump so we carried on driving through to Sodwana Bay. For hours we drove through rural scenery, gorgeous mountains and valleys with black settlements living life day...
