It's rare that two backpackers (OK, it seems that there is another term for us - flashpackers, as our budget is outside, or greater than backpackers, but that story is for another day) are treated like royalty, but for 4 hours in Vila Do Conde, Meg and Mark spoiled us! Meg met us at the bus stop and took Jill to the Friday market to try and find a wedding present. Tomas had a conversation with a mother and daughter who had spent 25 years living in France.
