Matt: Our taxi rattles past men shovelling muck out of a manhole, veers around cyclerickshaws and early-morning tourists, and stops in the gridlock of Kathmandu traffic. "Always traffic jam," our driver notes wearily. "Bad traffic, bad government," he explains as the vehicles around us begin to move again.
