During a jumbled dream right before I woke up this morning, I saw the name "Pelula" written. A voice said, "Remember this: Pelula." And so I did. Since then a general search on the internet has given me very little information. Pelula is apparently a small village at the Northern tip of Malawi in the province of Niassa. Because there is so little about it I can conjecture that Pelula is small, most likely undeveloped and has a small population.
